Grape Varieties: Chardonnay (50%), Pinot noir (40%) and Pinot gris (10 %)

A sparkling wine made by the traditional bottle-fermented method.

Yellow gold colour; dried fruits on the nose with a touch of minerality. A slight touch of sweetness, harmonious, with fine, even bubbles. Plump in the mouth marked by grilled hazelnuts and brioche. A fresh and easy-drinking sparkling wine, persistent in the mouth.
